memoir: let's go on near editing tier

I'm disappointed that the pro editor I hired is ghosting me! (I think
I had used "I should be getting professional edits soon" as an excuse
to procrastinate on this list.) I don't think there's time to find
another. I want to address the issues on this list (or even skip
some), finish my privacy negotiations, and push this out the door. It
shouldn't be more than a week.
